You will be able to track the entire order process through the Internet from the day you place your order until it is ready to be delivered.

HP production capacity for the HP Tablet PCs is currently unable to meet demand due to component constraints. As a result, if you order a HP Tablet PC, it may not ship before the start of the fall semester. Orders can still be placed, but you should anticipate a lead time for shipment of at least three weeks. At times, this lead time could stretch to five or six weeks. If you wish to proceed with an order, we would also suggest you have the order shipped directly to you at DePauw, using your Union Building Box address. In order to minimize the delay, we have chosen to have the Tablets shipped directly to you without the DePauw software being preinstalled. You will be entitled to receive the software, but you will need to pick this up on campus. When you receive your Tablet PC, bring your packing list to the DePauw HelpDesk in the lower level of the Union Building to register your device as a Program Laptop and pick up your required DePauw software bundle.
